All three of those have long since sold out, and demand for them is still high – but rather than simply re-press what’s gone before, this month sees a new, remastered collection of Arthur’s classic Superdisc and MGM recordings to replace those that precede it. • ‘Fingers On Fire’ brings together Arthur’s three original 1950s albums, as originally released on vinyl – plus the bonus of his first EP – in their order of release. All of his best known pieces are featured herein, making this a ‘Best Of’ package into the bargain. • As well as showcasing his guitar prowess, several of Arthur’s best known vocal tunes are included on what is a ‘must have’ collection for all fans of vintage hillbilly music. • Based on previous sales evidence, Jasmine is sure that this handsomely illustrated, comprehensively annotated collection will be a strong seller and a much-loved item for all who choose to buy it.
