• Lyhyt kuvaus D Monkey and The Baboons live in herd consisting of five specimens, that were first spotted in the concrete jungle of Warsaw in summer 2011. What makes this species unique, is that at the head of the herd is a female. During the mating season males gain weight and together with the female produce weird noises recalling sounds of other species, such as Crazy Cavan and The Rhythm Rockers, Wild Angels, Johnny Kidd and The Pirates, Dave Edmunds, Screaming Lord Sutch, but also legendary Finnish band Hurriganes(!). In June of 2012 Monkey and The Baboons first time are leaving their native jungle to rock in Sweden with Wild Rooster and The Snakebite - the main representatives of local rock’n’roll scene which results in further journeys across Europe. On the spring of 2014 they release their first EP called "Leather Jacket Rock'n'Roll"" containing 4 classics. Being invited to taking part in biggest and most prestigious rock'n'roll events in Finland (Real Gone Rock'n'Roll Weekender), Sweden (Rock At Sea), Spain (Crazy Rhythm), Germany, Austria, or Italy, Monkey and The Baboons become one of the most recognizable bands from Poland on the rock'n'roll map of Europe.
