The first is Eddie at 14 years old and the last from the legendary Boy Meets Girl TV show on 20 Feb 1960. Also features some of his session work and as a duo with Hank Cochran, plus his first solo single Skinny Jim On 16th April 1960 Rock n Roll lost one of its major pioneers when Eddie Cochran died in a car crash at the end of an eleven week UK tour. Eddie was backed by the best of the new British rock musicians including, Joe Brown and Marty Wilde’s Wild Cats, Big Jim Sullivan, Brian Locking, Tony Belcher and Brian Bennett. During the tour Eddie showed these young rockers some licks and tricks including, tuning variations and foot pedal effects, which were all new at the time.
