• Lyhyt kuvaus Pepita Slappers is a bunch of youngsters, from the north of Sweden, the town of Umeå. This band has been working hard the last three years and they have been doing more gigs than most of the bands out there. The resault of that, has been that they have built a big crowd of fans and that they have become really great musicians. Alex, the basspalyer is the songwriter in the band and eaven though they have some great covers on this CD, his self penned song is probably the best ones. Jesper, the singer is the youngest of them and have just turned 18 years old. But his great mature voice will make you belive that his is much older than that and have been singing rock'n'roll music for decades. Robin on guitar, David on piano and Björn on drums are all great and the band got a unique sound of fresh, modern, but still with both feets down in traditional 50's rock'n'roll and rockabilly music.
